The original Greenhills branch at the Crossroad arcade, now moved to the Greenhills Carpark Building was established in 1986 by Mrs. Susana Ortigas is now managed by current Co-owner and Manager Aileen A. Anastacio, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.  From its quaint homestead in Crossroad Arcade Greenhills, has opened branches in Rustan’s home café and a kiosk in Shangri-la mall.  The makeover was done not only in the menu but even in the ambience and value added service that it now offers. Think of a button-nose girl with pigtails that has bloomed into a dynamic discriminating young lady
